That is an SE. My dealer gave me that very bike for a day to use. They are a great bike and would love one as a stable mate - just not sure if it would ever get used while I had a TBird parked next to it.

Don't be so sure about that, Mat. If anything, having the Bonnie has made inspired me to ride much more than I had recently. That includes much more time on the bird, too! I think it has something to do about having such a complimentary bike that really makes me appreciate what each bike can do. I'll ride one bike for a while and then start to miss the other a little. So I'll ride that one! So while it doesn't work with women (at least for me!), having 2 bikes is an ideal situation!

That is EXACTLY how i am with my guitars. I love them all but each one is very different from the other. When i play one a while then pick up the other, i feel renewed and want to play a lot more than i did after i'd been playing the other one long enough. I used to have one guitar for a long time thinking if i had the best one for me, anything else would be a lesser one i wouldn't want to play. And thats just what would happen. The one would just waste away till i realized i may as well sell it. But i learned that what you want is very different ones so they compliment each other instead of compete with each other. And thats how you, and i too see the bird and bonnie. You ride more because if you get bored with one you can jump on the other and it's a new fresh experience for a while. If i owned a house i'd have one along with the Tbird.

Amen!

Always thinking of getting a second bike but usually talked out of it by myself and/or the wife.

C'mon, Motodobe! Another morotcycle is always the answer. Anyone who would tell you differently has obviously never had a bike! Besides, a smart man once told me that the correct number of motorcycles for you is whatever number of motorcycles you currently have +1. So clearly you need another bike. Simple!

This equation also works well with beers, guitars, basses, amps, etc., etc., . . .

OK, guys. I done with my T100, more or less. I finally got my new wheels - Talon hubs and Excel rims - installed along with new rotors, HH sintered brake pads, and chain. I've lost another 17 lbs off of the bike with these, which is hard to believe, I must say. I can't express how pleased I am with the result. Now if only the weather would cooperate so I can ride the damn thing!! It's snowing its ass off right now in Virginia and won't get warmer than freezing for at least a week. Ugh. Anyway, here it is. Enjoy.

Thanks for the compliments guys! I really appreciate them. It is been a very fun project to do. By the way, I finally got to ride my bike hard last weekend and it is unbelievable! Much easier to turn into the twisties and a helluva lot faster to spin up! Also much more planted and stable. Highly recommended.

Hi Guys! I just wanted to give you guys an update on the T100. First of all, it is such a freaking fun bike to ride it's crazy. More nimble, faster and more planted than before. Really more confidence inspiring with the new wheels. One of my buds I ride with, and former Scrambler owner, can't believe how much better it rides than a stock Bonnie. Plus, my bike is currently featured on Bonnefication.com, a site dedicated to modded Bonnie builds. It's crazy to see my bike on that site since they have some gorgeous custom builds on there. So check it out!

It deserves to be there Hoorad. It's a nicely modified machine. That site has some interesting bikes spread around the place I'll look at that more often.
