Can any one offer a review / comparison of Hog Slayers vs Short TORS with cat box by pass?
I have previously ran short TORS with cat by pass and considering purchasing Hog Slayers.
Are HS louder?
Are HS a better quality sound?
Whats the decel pop like on both?
Most importantly - Would HS hug the bike closer subsequently providing greater ground clearance when cornering?
Any advice would be great
cheers
Dan

imo...I could never get over the HS dogleg, though nice exhaust. Tors rule!
And I've scraped my footpegs. Happy 2014

Hi Dan, Originally I had the the short TOR's (quite a bit of popping & sounded much better than original) then opted for the Hogslayers (louder popping, but heaps more get up & go,& louder than the TOR's)
Now I've settled for the drilled out baffles (20mm hole) in the original pipes with the cat box reinstalled. Sounds good & the popping is very quiet & acceptable.
The tune I have on the Bird is the TOR & I have the free flow filter. Let me know if you settle for the Hoggies & I might consider selling.
Guido.

Hey Guido,
Mate when you say that the HS were louder than the TORS - did you have the cat box on or off with the TORS?
Also, I'd definitely be interested in your second hand HS depending on the price. I see they are $1000 here is Aus but fast eddy advertises them for $760 delivered?? Let me know a price mate Dan
