Storm owners out there now that our options are very limited because of the dual headlights. So I began stopping at every shield manufacturers booth I found and let myself leave frustrated with their "sorry, only make them for single headlight, yada, yada, yada...". I spoke with the biggest two, National Cycle and Memphis Shades as well as smaller manufacturers... until I found this...
The manufacturer is MadStad Engineering (Link ). The rep I spoke with told me they just began making these and that they also come in light or dark smoke color. The unit seems very clear and solid (he mentioned it was cast acrylic, not molded).
The unit pictured is mounted on adjustable brackets. Before taking the pictures, the windshield was in the lower position, fitting neatly around the headlights. He then adjusted to full height while explaining that they are fully adjustable without tools. He mentioned a list price of about $280 or so. They are made in Florida, USA. More pics:
Im placing an order soon. Will reply back to the group when mounted.
