Turtle wax wont do anything to remove them just fill them you,ll need something with a lite cut .try what they call a swirl remover .should work without being to harsh on the paint work.I,ve been a painter for nearly 25 years the best stuff on the market at the moment is JUICE they make a range of products from cutting compounds right through to polishes ..good stuff.

I use 'Mother's California Gold Scratch Remover' to initially remove all scratches.
Followed up by 'Mother's California Gold Micro Polish'.
Then followed up by 'Mother's California Gold Pure Brazilian Carnauba Wax'.

I run through this process every 6-12 month and not a single swirl or scratch to been seen.
Well worth the elbow grease.

So what about scratches on our matte black storms? I guess they can't be polished out, or?
