Thinking that might look nice on my Storm - I especially like anything that makes it more obvious that my ride is not a Harley! Might have to try and outbid you now! :)

Yeah, i'm with ya in a way. Tho it's not really that it's ugly, but that it brings attention to the radiator. One of the things i like so much about the bird is the way they designed the radiator so it's not obvious and i don't really even notice it when looking at the bike overall. Last thing i wanna do it make it stick out obviously. But to each his own...

I have had the cover on for a couple of summers and I will say that the fan does come on more often than without. We had some really brutal temps last summer, some days that were 103-104 F. The fan still cycled on and off. The combination of heat, humidity, sun, and the fan running at a stop light made it nearly impossible to ride, just too brutal.
I did not mind bringing attention to the radiator at all and liked the way the cut outs in the cover mimic the fins on the engine.
My bike is a 1600 and I am considering the big bore kit for it. I am unsure how much more heat would be created by the extra 100 cc.
