I thought I'd post some pictures to show what they look like on the bird. I got the small bags, 18.5" x 10.5" x 6" which work fine for me. I don't need to carry the kitchen sink with me. I just need room for my rain gear, a few tools, some bungees and a few other odds and ends. The large bags probably would stick out from the rear so I wouldn't recommend those. I cut off the throw-over strap and mounted the bags with Easy Brackets. The top and bottom of the bags are not parallel. I mounted them once with the tops level, but they looked funny to my eye, so I remounted them with the bottoms level to the ground, which I like better.
I like the sleek simple look. There is no cutout for the shocks, so in order to clear the shocks I had to set them back, and they block the rear turn signals from the side. That's really the only issue I have with these bags. The tops are soft, but they hold their shape. There is a stiff (metal I assume) bar around the rim of the bag so they will keep their shape. They are vinyl, not leather, but after my old Triumph bags deteriorated and fell apart, I decided to try something else.
