I think the rider was Dutch and touring the US on his dragon bike, it wasnt a long film clip but what you saw wouold be effective in the rush hour

I could nit-pick the design or implementation but at the end of the day he did it, probably with crap tools and the results are pretty impressive, (functional or not) and I've done a paint job and a few bolt ons .... he wins
