The tube used here is 1.5 " OD x 1/16" wall stainless tube with a 45 degree bend.$ 18.00 each
I got them bent with long legs as I coundnt find any detail
I did a bit cutting until I found the best fit for me. The photo shows the dimensions 65mm x 150 mm from the inside center of the bend.
I left the original exhaust gaskets in place but it needed some extra effort to tighten the clamps fully
Hope it helps someone
Cheers

How does this compare as a balance pipe decat assembly from Peter at Meerkat?

I don't like the way it feeds the flow across. Look at the Staintune H. The main flow from the header to muffler is direct. The crossover is basically just a pressure equalizer.

When i gutted my cat, at one point it was essentially like that crossover and it was a lot more restrictive than the elbows. The fact the elbows are way louder i believe proves that. That5 crossover may be better than the gutted cat, but i can't see how it would be much different. The flow is routed basically he same.

Yeah the whole point is to make it less restrictive.

I agree with both. My gutted cat is way quieter than the straight through pipes
