Installation seems very easy, but the instructions say a 5mm hex tool is required to remove the bolts which holds the cable brackets in place. I have a 5mm, and for the life of me it will not fit in either bolt head. Any info on exactly which tool I need for this? Neither a 4mm or 6mm work either. From my upside down angle, the head seems more star shaped than a typical hex.
