It seems they've redone the thing and it looks all nice and spiffy new. The main page even has a nice feature of the hog slayer pipes to boot. You can check it out here.

No idea if this really means it's available or not, but I 've got my questions in to BC now. Hopefully we'll find out something here. Stay tuned

THB Wayne doen not rush at anything, he has been advising a Suzuki software and a New Data logger for months but still nothing

I know that at one point BC was working on a tune for the bike. Perhaps they assisted TB on this. I don't know. As soon as I hear from Sean I'll pass things along what I'm able to.
