Somewhere I read about a parts list and how to do to put a Rocket windscreen on a Storm with the twin lights.

And for the last two days I have searched for the article again, I bought a used Rocket III windscreen off eBay and now cant locate the article for the parts list.

Would someone please have mercy on me and point me to the post again?

Aaaaah! Bless you! Just what I was looking for.

FedEx is scheduled for today with the used R3 screen and brackets.

If this works out well, I should have an almost new Dart screen for sale soon!

If it doesn't work out well .....I may have an almost new R3 screen for sale!

FastEddy is shipping out a set of Sixers bags today with 2 day delivery! These will replace the smaller hard bags that I have now!
My last trip showed me that they were much too small!

I got the Hardstree Sixer bags installed and also the R3 windscreen on the Storm.

Took about an hour each after I got all the parts together in one spot.

I'm well pleased with the cargo capacity of the new bags compared with the ones I got from eGay!
I'm still doing some "Angle of Dangle" adjustments to the windscreen to get rid of some flutter on the top of my helmet.

I lowered it and angled it backward at the top a small amount and think that will do the trick. Another test drive will tell.

I "think" I will have a 2 month old Dart windscreen for sale soon along with some eGay bags.

Hi RBinTEX;

If you really want to get rid of the buffeting (verified @ 160km/h), angling the screen is just part of the trick:

I can get a Laminar Lip that fits the R3 screen that I have for $84.00 would that be better or cheaper than making one of my own?

My windscreen is the second picture down.
It has the Laminar Lip installed, kind of hard to see in their picture, but I have used Laminar Lips before on a ST-1100 with good results.

Price wise, considering the time and resources that I used to make "my" LIP, I dare to say this is the most expensive LIP in the world However, I have only found equal comfort on a Goldwing.

If it wasn't for entrepreneurs there would be no products! Keep up the good work!
