Had the road to myself today . . . .

Fitted my blue bird with Leatherwork 128 bags and BC predator pipes this winter. The roads around home are finally clear and dry enough to take her out a few times this week.

Bags with easy brackets look and work great.

Predators sound awesome, have improved throttle response, and seem to have given the bike a bit more grunt. TOR download with K & N filter and SAI tube blocked worked great to stop excessive decel popping. Some fitment issues took time to sort out. Still haven't gotten around to fitting the heat shields but I don't mind the look without 'em.

I've found lots a valueable info and advice on our forum. Thanks to everyone who shares!

Unfortunately, we don't get scenery like that in Southampton. Nice one

Alaskans are the toughest bikers, last time we were up there in Aug 07 it was sunny and 75 everyday. But as we looked around we know that winter will come. To wait 5 1/2 months to ride must be tough and that is what I mean. Down here we are spoiled. Enjoy the rest of your riding season.

Ah yes, forgot to mention the new Pro-Tac rider backrest. For me, turns out no matter what seat I put on I was still squirming after an hour. Rider backrest made a big difference!

Very low profile (my only small wish is the mounting hardware was chrome vs black to blend in a bit better) on and off in a second, works great with my solo stock or dual longhaul seat.

Those are great..... you have more clearance than i do with the stockers. I think Ill get this rectified shortly with a set of Hogslayers. shortly
