No one makes a modded rear pulley. I have thought about it, and they are no problem to make. The trouble I have come across is trying to get a belt that matches. With 60 tooth there may be enough adjustment to swing it but I have not done a calculation to see if it would work (with the std belt). I have done a full CAD drawing of the rear pulley so if you find some one that wants to have a go (I'm too busy at the mo) I can send the file off.

The pulley can be made on a CNC machining center with no problem and I can write the .pun file for the machine. I would have a go but mine is tied up for a bit.
