Someone recently took off my fuel cap and laid it shiny side down on the ground of the filling station where it got kicked about 40 feet. It's not advisable to do this as it will really scratch the hell out of it.

Just checking if anyone might have a stock cap for sale. I would trade it for one of the new ones with the pop up center.

I replaced my stock cap with an after market cap. The threded part is held in the cromed cap with a big "C" clip.If you want just the crome cap you can have it for $20 pluss shipping.
