Good luck Dave on your negotiations for the Storm. You will of course have a Triumph of some sort in your garage this year, right? I'd like to stop by for another cross country oil change, but only if I'd be sharing the company of another trumpet!

You're always welcome to drop by, buddy... same low rates apply

Congrats Nars, I really like KTM (off roaders in particular) BUT Triumph is in your soul man - get your Storm sorted - Bonnie's are nice but will leave you longing for for a T'bird.

Hope you stick around here in any event.

The bonnie won't extend your riding as a partner bike to the KTM. You can do anything and everything you can on the bonnie with the KTM (except look cool). The tbird is a much better compliment bike which covers the 'looking cool' and distance touring that the KTM either doesn't do or won't do well. I think those two together will give you everything you want out of motorcycling except maybe buying a project bike at some point (like a carbed bonnie) to play with and scoot around town on.

Besides, if you don't get another bird you'll end having to find a whole new group of reprobates to hang around with.

Good luck with things.

Thatch has said it right.
Off road & Cruiser - the best mix.

EDIT:
But some how I get the feeling from your posts that you simply want a change from a 'Bird! Am I right?
If so, then Id say that the KTM will address 80% of your needs and a simple little fun bike aka Bonnie will fill the remaining 20...
