Really guys I did a search of Easy Brackets + sissy bar and did not find anything but if it's there then I'm just dumb!

I want to replace my stock bags with some Easy Brackets and Givi E21 hard bags as Narsisco's bike looked great with them. I'm at a loss to see how I can attach hard bags
using Easy Brackets-or even the stock brackets from Triumph using the front 2 bolts on the fender rail. If you don't have a sissy bar from the factory like on the SE then you can use the back 2 of the 3 fender bolts.

With the factory quick remove sissy bar you loose access to the rear bolt when the sissy bar is clampe on the 2 front spools.

The Stock SE bags get away with this because they have Shock Cut out.

Am I destined to have to go to a shock cut out Leather cruiser type bag with a sissy bar?

Can I do Easy Brackets with a Sissy bar?

Bike looks so much better with out the bags anyway I could just go with a big Sissy Bar bag, which I do have.. Just getting ready for a 1200 mile trip and trying to figure it all out.

One answer is take less crap-

I just put bags on my wifes Suzuki S50 so with her on her own ride I can take a water proof duffle bag where she used to sit.

If you can read this tee shirt it mean my wife is on her own bike.

Thanks in Advance

Like I said in my PM to you, holler at FastEddy... I think he set up a set of hard cases with Easy Brackets for use with the OEM sissy bar.

Hey,

Just got off the phone with Rapid Edward-I figured that someone else might be thinking of the same project so posted here.
Yes you can mount the Hard Streets but they don't fit quite right as they have to be set back a bit to clear the shocks even though they have a small shock cut out it's not big enough. He did 4500 miles and said the worked great but looked funny.

So as I can see it-if you have the stock sissy bar/luggage rack you can't put on a decent set of hard bags with an Easy Bracket or stock bracket.

My main luggage hauler is a Saddlemen Sissy Bar bag and it holds ALL the contents of Both Saddlebags and then some. Slip on the back pack and take your stuff in with you. Quick on and off. It's a nice way to go but the weight is up high and it sucks in a heavy crosswind.

I have to put on the thinking cap to see what I can come up with to mount one of the Givi Brackets or make something up.

A good friend just retired and spend a boat load of money on a welder and shop for his house and he loves to build stuff with his new toys.
