finallyFinished Making My Own Pipes.
I looked around all the sites and could not really find what I wanted,so i made my own.
They are full stainless with a perforated inner tube wrapped in fibreglass blanket.they are fully repackable by way of removing a hidden round top set screw on the underside and sliding out the rear inner holding plate.
You can govern the amount of noise you want or need by how much packing you use.
I wanted a slight sweep up to give it a sleeker look. The noise is very similiar to the Staintune pipes and the seat of the pants dyno tells me it has a lot more power.
When it has some more kilometers on the clock I will arrange for a dyno, currently running a unifilter and the Triumph aftermarket exhaust computer mapping.
Cheers.
Steve

Nice job ! I still prefer the stock look, but i think i like yours more than any of the aftermarket pipes ! By the way, cat? No cat?

They look great! Especially nice for those who like the slash cut look.

Looking good!

It allows you to see the pulley better... maybe a chrome one in the future?

Like the look of your bike including exhaust and cowl.
Are you planning on lowering it ? I think a Bird needs to be lowered but yours with the sporty look even more so.
