Now I am surprised. A CAT on or off a motorcycle of this low production run, means nothing. Your home furnace, in the winter will
produce more, then your two neighbors have furnaces, and their two neighbors, and so on and so on. Not a one has a T-Bird with
the CAT on or off. Just doesn't make sense to me, but you have an opinion.

Well I have had enough of fart arsing around with gutted cats, elbows, restrictors and TOR shorties, I could never get that deep powerful note out of them that the T Bird deserves.

So I used a bit of cabbage and ordered the alleged best sounding Thunderbird exhaust in the world, the Foran Razorback.

Should be here next week, watch out for my unbiased report then.

P.S. I might have a pair of short TORs for sale soon.....

I've tried a couple, without plugging in the cable I think the current map is " 20359 "

Just plugged in Tune ECU today to check the tune before fitting the Forans which should be here today or tomorrow.

It had the 20306 hybrid tune with SAI turned off being that it's a late 2011 model.

Well I've had the Foran Razorbacks on for a few days now, mainly local riding with a cruise down to Apollo Bay and back on Sunday.

Observations.

Fuel mileage much the same.

They sound much much better and deeper than the TOR's even the decel pops sound good.

Fitting up was fairly straight forward, although for some reason the left hand side H pipe to muffler caused a bit of grief as they were a bit short, probably my header pipes being set different.

They look better on the bike than in pictures.

Overall they are great pipes a bit on the expensive side but good luck to Dennis as no other exhaust maker has come close to his pipes in my opinion.

Had a moment yesterday whilst waiting for the lights to change a HD comes up beside me sounding like a bucket of bolts, my TB was just doing that nice idle rumble, the rider gave me a nod and I was watching his face in the rear view mirror as my TB thundered down the highway it was priceless....
