Works great, just like the one I bought for my Rocket III. Actually it seems less "intrusive" than the Rocket one and only took about 2 minutes to install (if that).
I paid $140.67 (including $20.67 shipping...I wanted it fast for my upcoming trip next Friday) and I highly recommend it if you are doing any long distance touring.
