Is it waterproof ? Only in large I would have to go up north and have your diet of burger and chips to fit into that

I've had one since late '08 or early '09 (quite a while before the bird itself came out) to replace a similar one I had been using for a loooong time (it was turning white from age).

A brilliant jacket although quite heavy.

May you wear it in good health.

Nice jacket indeed. Very heavy and warm for under 70 degree F rides.
I was presented with one by my dealer when I purchased the Bird in '09. Was a Triumph offer for all who bought a Tbird while owning a Speedmaster or America.
Enjoy

If there's a T-bird in the garage then your either sick, broke or missing the time of your life.
Get out and ride that Bird.

The Tbird arrived June 26, 2009 - Speedy was traded in June for a 2012 Bonnie T100.

Ooooooh......

You shouldn't have shown me that link!

Hey Jeff - have you seen - there's the Lexington Jacket there too!
And it's SFr 100.00 cheaper than at my dealers!

*biting the bit*
.... how can I stop myself....!?

I remember when I met you for the first time Bedouin and you were wearing that jacket!

I remember thinking to myself: 'Man - isn't that guy hot in that jacket?'
You have to understand - we met in Athens, Greece at the end of September 2009, on a hot summer night!
He never showed one drop of sweat!?!?

BTW zolti - what size is 'L'?
I'm a size 46UK/56EU - would that fit?

You see Lee, it's like this ...

When you wear a suit ... you can go from a bordello straight into a posh banquet.

Over the last 30 years (almost to the day) of my doing longer distance tours on a m/c, I have gotten used to wearing a heavy leather jacket whether it be boiling or freezing.
It is especially practical (if one can put up with the heat) when crossing several regions in a day.
My own golden rule is rather be too hot than too cold, as many riders have found out the hard way.

Also, it's not that I don't perspire, I just don't pay any attention to it.

BTW, it's also a good way to conceal all the weapons I carry with me ... shhhh

well in man speak if your taller than mat and shorter than ivan it will fit

the lass however was more technical and got out a string thing with numbers on it.
she said the jacket is 25.5 inches across the back between arm pits, any chest up from 43 and under 48 should fit she says. if you want any other sizes just ask.
also i think that company does do returns

it has zipped wrists and adjusters for the waist so its quite versitile.

Yeah they are so expensive over here, Well for all the clothing and parts. Got all of my extras from the States as well. Alot of good website with great prices. Would rather wait the 7 - 10 days than find an extra $300.
Also great jacket. but if buying online go into a store first to check the sizes. I am usually an XL and well the XL when i tried it on covered my hands so ended up with that large.
