There is no way to make Chris a funny name.

Sorry to dissapoint everyone looking for a Rapid-Edward-type encore.

Suffice it to say, I got great communication, rapid delivery and awesome prices. Between Chris and Eddy, its amazing any of us has any money left!

Thanks a bundle guys. I am now done customizing my bird...Probably...

...not.

I second that. Just placed my first order this week, a whopping $42.50. Quick shipping, nice communication, will definitely do business again.

If only *I* was done customizing...

Just ordered a license frame today. Third time ordering from madss. Can't beat them for genuine triumph accessories. With fast service, free shipping over $40 and lowest prices to begin with it's a no brainer. Get the word out....the better they do the longer they will be around offering the best deal for us.

Another endorsement from me! MADSS has always given great services. I purchased quite a lot from them for both the Bonnie and 'Bird. Under the previous ownership, and now with Chris moving up to run the biz, I have never been less than been perfectly satisfied. Having both Eddie and Chris to take care of us is better than we deserve.

Anybody have any experience to share on international shipping by MADSS? Glad to hear about another great supplier just wondering about any experiences by forum members outside the US? Eddy certainly has proven his worth internationally!

Thumbs up for Chris from my side! Parts in Switzerland are double-price compared to madss, therefore I ordered with them....speedy delivery, excellent quality, very low prices, what more can you ask for? If I will be allowed more money for parts , I'll order them either at quick Edward's or at madss !

they have a toll free customer service number....just call them. I called them twice last week and both times got ahold of them right away. Not sure about phone calls from canada but shouldn't be much if it's toll free in the states ? can't imagine buying genuine T accessories anywhere else when all other places charge list and shipping. I just ordered pipes friday and they cost me a total of $365. Had i bought anywhere else it would have been $429+ shipping which no doubt would have been $20 minimum, so $450 at least. Or if thru my dealer i'd pay 10% tax or $475. Not a bad savings...$85 to $110 depending on where i got them ! Now i just have to figure out what accessory to buy with the savings.

Today received my 5th purchase for MADSS, no problems and no problems with returns(exchanged boots for size smaller and windscreen had factory ding). Put the DC adapter on, now I need the BMW adapter for things like cell phone charger. The size is smaller than plug.

Eighttrack, I got the front crash bars from Chris at MADSS, shipping was $42 to Calgary. He shipped it quickly by USPS, no duty, no brokerage fees. He quoted me $30 for shipping an extended cable kit so product with shipping I think it's cheaper to order locally (Blackfoot Motosports). It's probably more worthwhile if you're buying several items in one shipment.

He was good with communication so I'd just call or email again to remind him.

I have to admit I can't complain about their service because there is none! I have recently purchased some items from MADSS and am awaiting delivery. I also made an email enquiry via their contact on the web and have not had a reply. I am afraid they have lost me as a customer as they can't be bothered answering simple requests. Over a week for a simple answer is too long.

Maybe they dont want to deal with customers outside of the US of A !!

Keep in mind that there is no "They"... it's only Chris running things and he also has to go out and hit the shows. Running a one-man operation can get pretty hectic... just ask Fast Eddy.

Of course, there's really no excuse for him taking more than a week to answer a email or voicemail.

I can only speak to my own experiences which have always been very positive with pretty fast responses to my inquiries and orders.

I would call him and ask if he got the email(s). Perhaps his email provider's spam filter is over zealous. If that's not the case, it will be a reminder to him check his email.

I just figure that so far i've gotten what i paid for, took a relatively shot time, and the savings is quite substantial and well worth any trouble concerning communication even if i HAD that issue. I think there are probably issues for him selling outside the USA from the looks of it. Not an excuse, but if thats the case then it's probably not a good place to buy for those of you not here. For those who are it's a gold mine when it comes to T accessories. I likely would not have sold my scratched shorties to get a clean pair if i had to pay whet i would have anywhere else. But at such a big savings it was worth it to me.

Yep, Chris has been right on the ball in communication with me (although the parts I want are out of stock at the moment) and very friendly. His prices are the best, which helps from my point of view as shipping costs can kindof kill things to New Zealand, so every bit helps

Yes my experience has been the same as DizzE. The poor communication does not inspire confidence. It negates the low prices for me...oh well at least we have Fast eddy. Eddy is the man!

I too have been wondering where Chris is this week, placed an order on Monday. I always heard something back within a few days, now nothing. Did get the automated confirmation email.

Well, you can't run a business one deep....but, maybe he's at a show or something.

But, then again, eddy sends me email when he's on a plane, from his Blackberry.

All I can think (hope) is Chris is an employee.

If only eddy distroed Triumph accessories.
