Cheers mate - I understand that its difficult ,what with it being dark for six months of the year up there. You can only try your best.

When I refer to Front and Rear bolts I mean Front and Middle fender bolts of course, as I have the OEM backrest fitted. Those without, such as Birdy, will be using the Middle and Rear fender bolts and I suspect they will both be 8.0mm but that's easy enough for you to check on your own bike. All the other dimensions are identical between front and rear bobbins.
I don't have a radius gauge, and it's not critical anyway, but the radius on the bobbin nose looks to be about 2mm
In case it's of use to you, my rear OEM backrest bobbin is spaced about 5.5mm further out than the front one (they stand out something like 28.5mm and 23mm respectively) to account for the taper of the fender. There's a bit of curvature there so I imagine a bobbin mounted on the rearmost bolt would need to stand out about 6mm more than its middle mounted counter-part.
Happy turning.

I have all the spacing sorted for the offset from the middle to the rear bolts. i just need to know that if I am sending some to the other side of the universe they are going to fit the bag system that they have. I have made my own soft bag setup and keyhole fixing and tested it around europe. - Worked a treat. Because there are a few people that handle the brackets before I send them, I am looking for someone to make them for me in one shot, I hate making people wait. But thanks for the info.

Before I put holes in them and mount them to the easy brackets I wanted to make sure that I'm using the two rear bolts on the fender to mount the easy brackets. How are the bobbins coming along?

I have conflicting sizes for the 'easy bracket' fitting sizes so just trying to settle on something. I am also very busy and the lathes have been tied up on jobs. Should be sorted for weekend. Thanks for your patience - getting a new product sorted takes a bit longer than normal.
