| | Posted : 22 Feb 2011 - 21:51 Post title : MADDS.COM Online Triumph Catalog Issue | | | I emailed Chris at MADDS.COM to ask about the price on something and also asked about why the Triumph Cruiser catalog for the Thunderbird is only showing 2 pages of accessories. Here's his response...
Triumph uploaded the new 2011 Parts Catalogs and have seriously dropped the
ball. Half of the online catalogs are missing items from the 2011 paper
copies and every Triumph Dealer using PSN web hosting is experiencing the
same problem. I am currently working with Triumph to get this corrected. I
am hoping they will be getting this fixed shortly.
If you talk to anyone just tell them to email me with what they are looking
for. Sometimes it is the easiest way to get in-touch with me as many people
are looking for items not on the website.
Thank you for the heads up I will try and get Triumph to light a fire as we
are going on the 2nd week with this issue.

As of Saturday 03/05/11 our catalogs have been updated and all available Triumph accessories should be available for viewing/purchase.
If anyone is still having any issues finding a product please contact me at info@madss.com and I will work on getting it corrected.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for sticking it out with us while we resolved this issue.

After finding parts numbers online I called Chris last week and ordered a bunch of parts from him. The parts arrived Monday and look great! Can't wait to install them. Dealing with Chris was a pleasure and will deffinitly order from him again, esp after seeing all the other stuff now!
