thats VERY POOR,
i have a 79 t140 with original chrome rims and there is just a very very small sign of corrosion where i left it one year forgetting to spray them ,some moisture must have settled on the rim. considering for some years it wintered outside (under a tarp) and ran in the snow/grit thats the standard that triumph hinckley should be emulating. not bubbling after a few months
for the chrome to bubble so early ..... hmmmm ...... is worse than harley
