| Posted : 14 Feb 2020 - 19:18 Post title : T-Bird Batwing fairing COMPLETE | | I decided to go ahead and start selling the bits before the bike, so here's the first biggie. Complete Batwing fairing assembly with volt, oil pressure and coolant temperature VDO gauges. Assembly is ready to bolt on to your QR windshield bracket. It has all wiring extensions for YOUR gauge cluster, and all sending units for all 3 gauges. Coolant sending unit is in chrome water manifold (included). Oil pressure gauge is electric. Fairing has standard 12V plug and two USB plugs. Fairing has built in 7" Garmin GPS with custom built frame. GPS is optional, but if you opt not to get this, there will be a hole behind its location for installing a radio or other. It has a 10" recurved windshield and the whole unit really blocks wind and greatly reduces wind noise, making for a very relaxed ride
This is a high quality fiberglass fairing, not a hollow ABS plastic unit like Memphis Shades. I plan to do a similar setup on my America LT, and I'd just use this but coolant gauge is unnecessary, the speedometer is different and I'd still have to paint it blue, so I may as well start over. I'll supply photos to help you with where to install wiring & senders and any help needed. You should be able to install in a weekend. $1300 with GPS & mount; $1150 without GPS & mount. It took months of development and about the same amount of money as the selling price.

Hope you've been well!?!?! The Bennington Triumph Bash had to be cancelled. I guess we wouldn't see your Bird, anyway! But maybe if we throw together another "flocking" after this shitstorm winds down, we can catch up!?!?!
Stay Well!!

Tell him to check in with Vector fairings. It was a Road King fairing. There will be a good bit of fabrication though, but I still have some of the parts left over that wouldn't translate over to the America. Wiring extension for instruments, mounting brackets, chrome water manifold with 250* temp sensor, console conversion.... Have him contact me if he's interested.
Yeah, it'd be fun to get up to VT again. Some other friends and I had a trip planned to the M/C museum in Birmingham AL & Naval Aviation museum in Pensacola in mid-May. (Cancelled, of course!)
