I swamped the Headlight with an Adjure Trillient Headlight and mounting post from my America onto the T-Bird, It was pretty much a direct swap. Only thing I had to do was remove the wrap pin on the T-Bird that keeps the stock light from twisting side to side. Easily removed with a pair of pliers.
I don't know, looks pretty cool I think?

Though they don't fit the Thunderbird bucket, worth noting a ride test of the Adjure headlight. The clarity of the parabolic bowl and the geometry of the refractive surface really makes it a great light projector. I just came back from a night time ride with the Adjure headlight and the America bucket on my Thunderbird, the light field is as wide as what my America had with the driving lights. The light field extends out with a wide and extensive field of view and on low beam casts a nice wide field as well so you don't feel blinded when passing vehicles. A well made and functional tool for keeping safe. The Adjure headlight comes with a 55/60 Xenon Bulb
The stock headlight is wanting, even with a 90/100 Xenon bulb, the light filed produced by the stock bowel is what is lacking on a night ride, the clarity of the headlamp and the reflective design does a poor job of spreading the light out in an effective manor.
Going to test a PIAA Plasma bulb tomorrow in the stock headlight bucket and see how it compares.

Hey fast eddy ... i am interested in upgrading my light option. I am not great with all things mechnical - so if it doesn't fit current brackets and stuff - that would rule it out - but would be keen on what you think is the best upgrade option is

You hear the one about the fella who died, went to the pearly gates? St. Peter let him in. Sees a guy in a suit making a closing argument. Says, "Who's that?" St. Peter says, "Oh, that's God. Thinks he's Denny Crane

I added motolights (with the 50 watt bulbs) to mine and it has helped a lot. I do feel I'll upgrade the headlight as well so I appreciate the information eddy

I did a plug in and it seems to be a better light field but I want to do it on the bike and not in the garage, will have to wait till Thursday night.
When I re-aim the bulbs, I just do it where I want the beam to be, just need to do it at night to get the best result. I do a rough in the garage because I have an idea where it should be, then I take it out on the street and shine it down the road and tweak accordingly.
I did some investigating and Adjure does have buckets but I am no sure if there will be fitment issues so I will order one up and do a fit test.

Place a mark at that height on a wall and another 2" below-so you have two marks. Now measure 21 feet from the wall and mark a mark on the floor. Sit on bike with your bulb at the 21 foot mark. Your low beam should top out at the 2" lower line. Add a "T" mark if needed to the lines for side to side aim if needed. This will be spot-on for most. A few prefer 19 feet but 21 is best IMO. Now, the high beam will sort itself but you can use the first line (the higher one) to aim driving lights and be REAL close.
Aimed dozens of bikes this way and all are 100% pleased.
