Might I suggest a set of Leather look covered lockable hard bags from Viking bags. Along with a set of easy brackets. On or off in seconds

I don't have them (or any for that matter, yet), but I've seen them on here and the RAT joint, too. I believe they used to be a different name...but forget what that was.
