If anyone has had both the long haul and the Mustang can you tell me if the mustang is a big improvement over the Triumph long haul. It looks like a deeper dish and more support. Would upgrade if it provides an improvement over the long haul.

| | Posted : 06 Feb 2018 - 16:31 Post title : Re: Mustang seat owners question (Re: tri650) | | | i had the long haul seat for around 30K miles, then changed to the mustang seat. the mustang does have more lower back support and the pillion is wider. it seats the ride about an inch farther forward, which felt odd at first, but I quickly got used to it. the seating position is more upright than the long haul. have about 15K miles on the mustang.
i have done back to back 600 mile plus days on both seats and the mustang is more comfortable.
