Brilliant! (Where is point "B"?)
The gauge in the fairing is not the issue. The issue is an alternate point for the sender. If I remove the low pressure switch that is under the motor, the electrical gremlins will likely run amok. (It's wired through the ECU.) I can probably fab an adapter to run both from the same point, but it may hang down too low and a big speed bump may tear it off!

Well that's good news! Do you have a photo? Have you installed one?

That's perfect! Thanks, for the Christmas present, Ray. I saw the plug and was not sure of it's purpose, but it looks like an easily accessible place for a sender that will not interfere with the stock switch. I plan on an electric gauge though.

I always had an LED to shine on the gauge, but now I have a new mounting arm for the LED. Whilst walking thru the triumph dealership I could not help but notice all the custom hardware for the bonnie platform. and then I saw it. A triumph piece that could replace the older chrome arm. it even has the logo on it. but I have no clue to its real purpose.
