I've been running the TORS tune with stock pipes (baffles drilled out) and JBQ cat delete elbows. It been running great, no problems.

No, only upsides. the TORs map not only make even the stock bike run better in general, but when the bike debuted in mid 09 many people who's bikes were stock found that running the TORs tune eliminated certain issues that were common with the stock tune like the hot starting and idling issues. No reason to ever use the stock tune. It's flawed IMO unless they have since fixed it.

Same here. The TORS tune got rid of the dead spots, and it all-around just feels better and more linear. If there was a gas mileage hit, it's very slight.
