My coxyx (tail bone ) took a pounding from a 150 mile ride over the weekend. Has anyone changed the seat or had it re shaped to give a bit more comfort ?

I have done a 700 mile day (Strasbourg to Bridlington) and no issues - could have carried on but it got dark. I have done many 200-400 mile runs in a day. There are other seat available but not tested any of those. Others have had good results.
