I have had both his front and rear fender. For the front I did the smallest one (the 'short' I believe). For the rear I did the regular fiberglas one. They both fit up well, I believe the front comes pre drilled, I did have to drill my own holes for the rear. You will have to paint them.

Have you had any Problems with the front Fender being short of debris hitting the Radiator ? and have you had any cracking around the mounting holes ?

No cracking around mounting holes. It's pretty thick fiberglass, good quality gel coat, and very rigid. The stock front fender also uses rubber grommets over the bolts, which are re-used to mount the new fender, and I'm sure that helps prevent fork flexing from making cracks. The back fender has not been removed since paint and mounting so I can not comment on any cracks, but it's doubtful given how thick the glass is. It's on the level of a boat's hull, not cheap stuff.
