The majority of my travels are from 6000 - 10,000 feet, lots of mountain riding. Am I going down a rabbit hole by going away from the factory setup? Anybody else live in the hills that's been down this road?

The modern fuel injection compensates for that. I have BC predators, no cat, with the TORs tune. I have taken it over a few high passes in the Sierras in CA and the T'bird didn't even flinch.

He's since sold his Bird, but was a regular out of Denver. He pokes in once in a while, but riding a KTM adventure bike means he's been MIA for a while.
He did a bunch of stuff on his bike, and I recall some exhaust and tuning, too.
