I really like this Clearview windshield and I don't mind paying $150 or so for the shield - but I refuse to pay $198 for the very overpriced Triumph brackets too... thieves. I wonder if there is another option. I currently have the National Cycle harware and the Chopped shield

I'm surprised you haven't been happy with the National Cycle Slingshot series.
Does anyone ever sell the Triumph hardware on eBay?

First time I ordered the Clearview it came with holes in the wrong place and they happily replaced it with the newer bracket set up. But comparing the two.. OEM Vs Clearview? Clearview wins hands down on looks and less turbulence but it is an expensive accessory given you have to buy OEM in order to obtain mounting brackets.
