The mustang solo seat with backrest appeals to me. My question aimed at those who have one is, can the black rack be fitted with this seat?

Hi Tal,

I have the chrome rack same as yours and the Mustang seat. Check out the pictures under the "How Many Superbirds Running "post. Put pictures up yesterday.

Tal - I have the Mustand solo but I fitted it with the Fehling backrest like this. That little Triumph backrest looked fairly useless to me. With the Fehling product I get the backrest and a chrome tubular rack all in one piece.

Yes, it sure can. I have the chrome pressed rack, but other than color it's the same thing...and as you can see here, it works just fine w/ the Mustang w/ backrest:

That's the same backrest I have for sale in the classifieds. I loved it on the Thunderbird
