So for the first time I've decided to watch Sons OF Anarchy ( downloaded all seasons) and while into season 4 I believe they introduced these bikes with these great looking turn signals ... would make one seen better for night driving

So I decided to look into it, they are made by Harley Part # 92068 - 08A and pricey $300 USD

Would anyone or has anyone bought and tried these yet on one of our Triumphs? Or would the metric to standard be a problem installing these, guess that last question is for PapaSmurf

If these have 5/16" threads, British Customs makes a mirror adapter that might let them fit on your Bird.

Wiring them in is another issue because they've got a low intentsity mode for running lights and the TBird has no forward running lights to drive them. Other concerns are the Q&A on the HD website says these won't work without the turn signals and the HD kit looks like it's included CANBUS adapters (cables with inline fuses and loads). Anything can be made to work but these look like a PITA.

Both Rivco and Kuryakyn make turn signal mirrors that will fit on the Bird; eddy sells them and has the adapters: Link You'd still need to wire in a power source for the running lights but you can do that with a small relay driven by the parking light inside the bucket; I drive the halos on my aux lights that way.

I wanted the same thing on my Storm. The dealer said they could possibly make it work, but it would be a ton of slicing and dicing and more trouble than it's worth :(
So I went with the Rivco LED Turn Signals - I haven't seen them yet as the bike is at the dealers getting accessories added while I'm overseas, but apparently a straight forward fit on Thunderbirds and Storms (with BC adapters). All the online reviews are very positive about quality and build, and they also have an LED turn signal on the mirror side which is great for extra visibility....
