....that works on a curved surface, IE: helmet? I put one on mine a couple years ago but it was a pain and had wrinkles where it piled up due to not being on a flat surface. Anyone make triumph logo decals that are flexible or somehow made to work on a curved surface? I have found tutorials on how to make an ordinary one work, but there are issues i see with them.

Why not use a die cut one, it would conform to the shape better than one printed on a background.

Thats what i used before. I'm thinking I may buy some sticky back printer paper and see what i can do myself. That way i can give it a number of tries w/o paying $5-10 per try.

I believe what you are after are the "domed' decals. They are a soft vinyl that is flexible and raised as to make them bendable. They are not flat stickers that will wrinkle up. I have two of them on my helmet. The dual flag one I got from Eddie and the other one on line. See the pic

Try this...

Link
I did a google search for "Triumph Domed Stickers." Then go to "images" and see if there is a look you like. Then visit the web page that sticker comes from. Make sure the sticker description says that it is "domed" or "raised" or says that the thickness is about 1.30mm.
Its fun looking for this stuff to make our rides more awesome.

I purchased a few decals like the one shown above in silver, ordered them reflective from Ebay and put them on my helmets with no wrinkles at all

I find on ebay when a vender displays something close to what you need, just email them and they will make exactly what you want (IE. color, size, etc)

Yeah, $25-30 aint gonna happen. I just wanna put a sticker on my helmet, but not one that costs 1/2 as much as the helmet itself. I'm just gonna see if i can print some out on decal paper and if that doesn't work screw it. Not that big a deal.
