It's a pretty easy installation, it is a real tight fit but it works, full side to side movement without touching the left turn signal, it looks like it's too close to the pipe but the horn does not heat up at all, i installed it 4 weeks ago & no problems, the only complaint i have is the stock horn bracket is flimsy so when i honk the horn, the vibration makes the horn sway back & forth a little, easy fix with a thicker piece of metal. This horn is loud, i love it.

First thing i did was remove the stock horn & bend the bracket outward a little bit to fit the bigger horn, then i drill out the hole to accommodate the mounting nut & bolt.

I bought some heat shrink tubing, a roll of 16 gauge wire, some male & female terminals a crimping tool & some electrical tape, for the bottom of the horn i used angled terminals & you'll need a waterproof 30amp inline ATC fuse holder.

The relay included with the horn is numbered so the installation of the 4 wires is very simple, you'll need a test light so you can find the hot wire that's attached to the stock horn, very important so you can wire up the relay correctly, you can pick up a test light for $10 or less on eBay. I found a threaded hole next to the battery which is a perfect location for the relay, i used a screw i had laying around, i got lucky, it fit perfectly.

Attach some male terminals to the horn wires, attach the angled terminals to the new horn, now insert the 4 longer wires into the heat shrink tubing to protect the wires, run the 4 wires under the gas tank & into the battery compartment, wire up the relay attach the fuse, then attach the positive & ground wires to the battery.

It looks great & super loud.

I would be careful it doesn't melt from the heat from the headers
how does it go on full lock, does it hit

Remember, soft cocks hang around all life long, hard ones come and go

It does not heat up at all, doesn't hit anything either, just one bolt & a lock nut holds it in place.

That's great. I have an airhorn (Nautilus) on one of my other bikes. I love it. I use it sparingly but when I need it, it is really a lifesaver. I've had people merge right in to my lane without even looking. A good shot from that thing and they get right back over.

Exactly, these are some of the best air horns for motorcycles in my opinion, this is my 2nd one, I have Nautilus on my Honda Shadow, I went with the Denali this time only because it's totally black.
