Anyone fitted these to their Bird ? The Triumph Dresser bars look like they would not protect anything if called upon ..

They may stick out further and appear to offer more protection, but the lower mount points seem to be small and easily crushed. (not visible in your photo above.) The OEM look sturdier, and price about the same.
