Black one is stock. Speed bleeder has slightly longer nipple and hex, easier to deal with on both counts. Made bleeding the rear brake a breeze. Was considering putting these on front brakes, too, but those are easily in reach of brake lever and thus a simple one-man job. Having a speed bleeder on the rear calipers sure saves a lot of fussing around. When closed, it seals same as stock so I can't see any down side, especially since rear calipers cannot be rebuilt, only replaced.
