It'd be rude not to put a new set of mirrors on my soon to be unwrapped bars So, what am I gonna get? I seem to have the entire Triumph chrome bits catalogue hung off the storm at the moment! Although I like the drilled teardrops I'm wondering if another make/style might be appropriate ... Rizoma, Joker ... I kinda like the bar end beasties but never had 'em on a bike before so not sure of their effectiveness.

Mirrors you can see whats behind you, past you arms would be handy Bar end mirrors will limit your filtering antics. Thought I'd break the silence.........

Almost forgot I'd asked the question

I keep trying to find pics of T/Birds with different mirrors. Those that have changed seem to migrate toward the Triumph offerings. I'll swap my bars over then think about it some more. Maybe a single bar end derivative would be in order. As for limiting my filtering antics well I'm a little more laid back about that with the Bird .... it's when I jump aboard my little bikes it's a whole different story.

This a proper filtering scalpel!

I have these, and, while they're small, they're adequate. And I like the way they look on my bike.

I got them from british customs Link

Ah there you go. Thanks for picking up on this ... appreciate your comments and pic. I think mirrors are very important to the overall aesthetic of the bike ... of course functionality has to come into as well.

Drilled teardrops.... IMHO I think they look good, and they work at seeing behind you... nuff said

They certainly do look the business ... it was that set up with the T bars that got me going on this subject and the desire to make the change.

I reckon T/Birds look awsome from that angle ... they do from most but that shot is a particular favourite. I'll look the mirrors up to see them in more detail. Thanks for that.

Has anyone tried flipped mirrors like the HD 48??
I loved my bar-ends on my last bike but i like to filter through traffic and they would be suitable.
