For those who have this setup or were considering it, did you use the dual O2 sensor or the single O2 sensor setup, and where on the pipe(s) did they install the sensors? The website recommends the single sensor setup, but the tech at powercommander.com told me I can use the double sensor set up and it may be more accurate. Since our bikes have 2 sensors to begin with, I figured there must be a reason, and maybe I should stick with this. Thanks in advance for any relevant experience - Ed.

Two bunges need to be welded to the header before the cat location. There you can install the sensors for the Auto Tune. Some have used a single one the front crossover but you don't get a good sampling from both cylinders.
